  • Do I have to purchase new software or hardware?
    Anytime Mailbox requires no additional hardware or software. Simply log in to your account via our secure cloud and you’re ready to go!
  • Can I add my company logo software platform?
    Absolutely! Uploading your logo ensures that your contact info and branding will be visible to your customers, so we not only allow it, we encourage it! Of course, you could presumably upload some other company’s logo, but that we don’t recommend.
  • Is your service secure?
    Our top priorities are privacy and safety, so we protect customer data in several ways. For one, all images uploaded and viewed in a customer’s browser travels over a 2048-bit SSL connection, which makes data interception virtually impossible. In addition, we use HTTPS to secure every exchange between your mail center, end-users, web browsers, and smartphones. To further protect customer privacy, our easy-to-use web portal offers an extra layer of security that ensures your customers’ sensitive information can be viewed safely. As an added security measure, we keep our servers in a tightly controlled colocation facility that has over 20 years of cloud-based storage experience.
  • Are there long term contracts?
    No way! We want to earn your business every single day. That’s why Anytime Mailbox operates on a more flexible month-to-month contract model in lieu of costly long-term financial commitments.
  • How does your pricing work?
    We have one simple model – monthly flat rates per mailbox. This means unlimited scans and actions with no hidden fees, minimums, or long-term contracts. Sound good?
  • Are there volume discounts for pricing?
    You bet! Any operator with 100+ virtual mailboxes should contact us through the Contact us via the contact us form on this website to find out their volume discount options
  • Do I have to submit my credit card information to get started?
    We do not require you to submit your credit card information during the free trial. We believe that we must earn your business prior to requesting payment information.
  • How do I scan mail?
    You name the device, and you can probably use it. Our platform can use virtually any mobile device, tablet, camera, or scanning device to upload your customers’ mail.
  • Do I have to provide all of the service options that Anytime Mailbox offers?
    You are the master of your domain, which means you can pick and choose which services – forwarding, shredding, recycling, open & scan, and check cashing – your customers can use.
  • Do you offer phone support?
    Problems don’t normally limit themselves to office hours. We offer phone support at 1-866-444-8417.
  • Are there storage limits for scanned contents?
    Active members enjoy unlimited storage for scanned content and can access it for as long as their account remains active.
  • Does Anytime Mailbox have its own location to accept mail and packages?
    That’s your department! Anytime Mailbox does not want to compete with Mail Centers and Mailroom Operators. We created this secure software platform to help businesses like yours offer their customers the simplicity and convenience of a digital mailbox service.
  • Are you a virtual mailbox company?
    No. Our service is built on partnerships with Mail Center owners and operators, and we don’t want to compete with our partners.
