  • How do I sign up for Anytime Mailbox?

  • Do I have to purchase new software or hardware?
    Anytime Mailbox requires no additional hardware or software. Simply log in to your account via our secure cloud and you’re ready to go!
  • Will my company logo be on the software platform?
    Yes! You can easily upload your logo to the platform so only your company information will be visible to your customers.
  • Is your service secure?
    We protect the privacy of our customers on multiple levels. All images uploaded and viewed in your browser go over a 2048 bit SSL connection, which makes interception of data virtually impossible. Every information exchange between mailroom operator, end user, web browser, and smart phone is secured with HTTPS. To further protect your privacy, we purposely do not send images of mail in email notifications. All mail has to be viewed on our secured web portal. Our physical servers are located in a tightly controlled colocation facility with over 20 years of experience in cloud based storage.
  • Are there long term contracts?
    Anytime Mailbox believes we must earn your business every day. Therefore, all contracts are month-to-month with no long-term financial commitments.
  • How does your pricing work?

  • Are there volume discounts for pricing?

  • Do I have to submit my credit card information to get started?
    We do not require you to submit your credit card information during the free trial. We believe that we must earn your business prior to requesting payment information.
  • How do I scan the mail?
    You can use your smart phone or camera to snap a pic, or a scanner if you have one. Our smart technology seamlessly works with any mobile device, tablet, camera, or scanning device to scan the mail.
  • Do I have to provide all of the service options that Anytime Mailbox offers?
    You get to pick and choose which service offerings you would like to offer your customers. These include forward, shred, recycle, open & scan, and check cashing.
  • Do you offer phone support?
    Yes! You can call us 24/7 at 1-866-444-8417 and we’ll be happy to support you in any we can.
  • Are there storage limits for scanned contents?
    You have access to the scanned content, free of charge, for as long as your account remains active. You can sort scanned content into folders, attach them to emails, download them to your computer, or delete them when they are no longer needed.
  • Does Anytime Mailbox have its own location to accept mail and packages?
    Anytime Mailbox is not a competitor to Mail Centers and Mailroom Operators - we do not have our own location to receive mail. We simply offer a private label/fully branded, secure software platform to enable businesses to offer their own digital mailbox service.
  • Are you a virtual mailbox company?
    No. We are a provider of software services for Mail Center owners and all types of mailroom operators. We do not compete with our customers.
