If you do not agree with this Privacy, please do not use those Services.

- With Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (such as cloud hosting, email, analytics, payment processors, and customer engagement platforms) who process PII and other data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
- For Legal or Regulatory Reasons: To comply with law, legal process, court order, or subpoena; to enforce our rights or protect the safety of users or others.
- With Affiliates/Partners: If you engage with special offers, promotions, or linked services, information may be shared as required to deliver those features.
- For Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, our accumulated user information may be treated as a business asset, and as a result, your PII may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you and with your explicit consent.

If ATMB is sold, merged, reorganized, or undergoes a change of control, your PII and other information in our possession may be transferred as a business asset, and the acquiring entity will assume the rights and obligations described in this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for or directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
